Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic hands-on Senior Manager - Business Development to take our UKI Business Development team to the next level. While leading our team of BDRs & SDRs that creates high-quality pipelines and fuels the success of our sales organization, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, combining AI-powered prospecting, account-based plays, and buyer intent insights to connect with the right prospects at the right time.
What You’Ll Do
- Engage, Discover & Drive Results: Lead and scale a high-performing team of BDRs & SDRs generating qualified pipeline for UKI region.
- Execute the Sales Process: Implement and evolve outbound strategies leveraging buyer intent data and ABM frameworks focused on results to exceed targets.
- Articulate Value: Use data to spot trends, identify gaps, and take fast, decisive action to drive results. Track and report on pipeline performance, forecast accurately, and bring a strategic voice to leadership conversations.
- Learn & Collaborate: Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement) to align pipeline generation with company goals and customer journeys. Coach and develop reps with a focus on activity quality, conversion rates, and long-term career growth.
- Hunt & Prospect: Own hiring, onboarding, and team culture, building future sales leaders from the ground up.
Qualifications
What We’Re Looking For:
- Experience that counts: 5+ years managing a Business Development or Sales team, including 3+ years managing top-performing BDR/SDR teams with proven success exceeding pipeline targets in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments.
- Strategic mindset: You are very analytical, data-driven, with the agility to adapt quickly.
- Revenue focused: Deep knowledge of modern outbound strategies: buyer intent, persona-based messaging, ABM.
- Domain knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and related tools. Interest in AI technology and curiosity to explore new tools that can enhance both inbound and outbound processes.
- Strong communicator: Passion for developing talent and creating an inclusive, high-performance culture. A coach at heart with the ability to bring out the best in people.
