What You’Ll Do
- Expand business in China’s e-commerce market to support the implementation of the company’s annual strategic goals.
- Execute business development plans by acquiring new clients and achieving regional sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with ecosystem partners, market stakeholders, and customers in the assigned region.
- Build potential collaborations with service providers, industry associations, media, and alliance organizations in the cross-border e-commerce sector.
- Support and participate in marketing activities organized by the Marketing and Business Development teams, including presentations; also engage in relevant industry events.
- Provide regular reports to the Regional Business Director.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing; candidates with exceptional capabilities may be considered with less experience.
- Proven track record of performance; candidates with extensive experience in cross-border e-commerce and industry resources (e.g., ERP systems, Alibaba International, cross-border logistics, cross-border apps, etc.) are preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English are preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, with strong self-discipline, proactiveness, and innovative thinking; willingness to travel.
