The Role You’Ll Play:

  • Develop and execute the ClassPass broker and consultant strategy across the U.S.
  • Identify, engage, and activate key channel partners to drive corporate sales pipeline growth
  • Educate and enable partners to effectively position ClassPass in client conversations
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product to develop GTM materials and partner campaigns
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with key partner organizations
  • Track partner performance and pipeline influence; optimize based on performance insights
  • Represent ClassPass at industry events and broker summits
  • Ensure partner feedback is incorporated into product and process improvements
  • All other duties as assigned

Experience You Bring:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in channel partnerships, strategic alliances, or enterprise sales, ideally within health, wellness, or employee benefits
  • Deep knowledge of the broker and benefits ecosystem, including regional and national players
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling partner-led GTM strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with executive stakeholders
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-functional stakeholders
