Job Description
- Intake and log all reported accidents within 24 hours
- Collect and archive all case documentation: evidence, forms, statements
- Coordinate with QESH, HR, Payroll, and local hubs to resolve and close cases
- Track timelines and follow-up actions (bike repairs, sick pay, safety reports)
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with impacted Riders, third parties and stay in close contact with our insurance broker
- Maintain an accurate case tracker and weekly reporting (Sheets / Looker)
- Escalate critical or recurring cases and propose preventive fixes
Rider Care Operations (25%)
- Respond to emails/tickets from Riders and Pickers on topics such as:
- Contract extensions and payroll changes
- Sick leave, vacation, special leave
- Wage tax and informatieverschaffingen
- Process changes in SAP and Quinyx
- Keep records clean and up to date
- Flag patterns or bottlenecks to improve handling speed or accuracy

Qualifications
- 1+ years in HR operations, case management, or workforce administration
- Comfortable handling sensitive or complex issues
- Knowledge of Dutch labour law basics (e.g. CAO, UWV) or interest in learning
