• Position:             In-house Legal Intern 

About Us: Syneos Health Hong Kong Limited is a leading global biopharmaceutical solutions organization.  We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic In-house Legal Intern to join our team for the summer. This home-based internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in advising internal clients on employment law matters across various Asia Pacific jurisdictions.

What you will do?

• Provide legal support and advice to internal clients on employment law issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various employment law topics.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Participate in meetings and discussions with internal stakeholders to address legal concerns.
• Support the legal team in various administrative tasks as needed.

What are we looking for?

• have completed L.L.B. program.
• have completed an employment law module in legal studies.
• have in-house work experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills.
