你的工作内容

I) Ai 产品战略与交付

• 与 CEO 和管理团队合作，定义、追踪并交付 AI 驱动的项目与 OKR

• 全程负责 Ai/技术项目的落地 —— 从规划到上线

• 识别流程缺口，推动 Ai/自动化解决方案，加速规模化

Ii) 项目实施（亲自上手）

• 亲自设计、测试与实施 Ai 驱动的工具和流程

• 确保 Ai 系统与公司现有流程的无缝整合

• 与工程、产品、运营团队紧密合作，交付可衡量成果

Iii) 跨部门领导支持

• 协调跨部门的 Ai 项目，确保一致性与推进力

• 组织讨论、决策会议与工作坊，推动项目进展

• 与部门负责人合作，发现执行阻碍并推动解决

Iv) 产品所有权

• 全面负责那些没有明确归属的 Ai 相关项目

• 主导试点项目与新计划，从构思到执行

• 建立可规模化的系统、看板与流程，支持长期 Ai 采纳

Be The Engine Behind Ai Execution, Clarity, And Scale

At BJAK, we are building Southeast Asia’s leading digital financial platform – fast. Our mission is to simplify access to insurance and financial services for millions, and AI is at the core of that transformation. As Product Lead, AI (China), you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder and leadership team to turn cutting-edge ideas into real-world execution, and execution into measurable impact.

This is not a strategy-only role. It’s a high-trust, high-responsibility position for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, owns outcomes end-to-end, and has the technical and operational depth to deliver projects hands-on. You will lead AI-driven initiatives across teams, fix execution gaps, and build systems that scale – because you’re personally invested in the company’s success.

What You Will Do

I) Ai Product Strategy & Delivery

• Partner with the CEO and leadership to define, track, and deliver on AI-driven initiatives and OKRs
• Own end-to-end implementation of AI/tech projects – from planning to deployment
• Identify process gaps and implement AI/automation solutions that accelerate scale

Ii) Hands-On Project Implementation

• Roll up your sleeves to design, test, and implement AI-driven tools and workflows
• Ensure seamless integration of AI systems into existing company processes
• Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver measurable outcomes

Iii) Cross-Functional Leadership Support

• Coordinate cross-departmental AI initiatives, ensuring alignment and momentum
• Facilitate discussions, decision forums, and workshops to push projects forward
• Partner with department heads to surface execution blockers and drive solutions

Iv) Product Ownership

• Take full ownership of AI-related projects that don’t have a clear “home”
• Lead pilot programs and new initiatives, from ideation to execution
• Build scalable systems, dashboards, and processes that support long-term AI adoption
• Treat the company’s success as your own, with deep responsibility for outcomes

• Strong background in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field (preferred)

• Sound judgment and maturity in handling complex, sensitive, or high-pressure situations
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, AI-driven platforms, or founder-led companies
• Based in China and able to work remotely
