We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales Enablement to join our team.
This role is pivotal in equipping our sales force with the knowledge, training, content, and tools necessary to confidently engage with customers and prospects, empowering them with the expertise to close deals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a proven track record in sales, sales support, or sales enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy and roadmap, ensuring quarterly objectives are aligned with overall business priorities.
- Maintain an organized repository of sales resources, including pitch decks, case studies, and product datasheets.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales teams to achieve consistent messaging and brand positioning; author sales playbooks as required.
- Design and deliver diverse training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Lead and manage the Sales Onboarding Program.
- Partner with Sales Operations to implement, evaluate, and refine sales processes, tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Oversee the effective deployment of new workflows, incorporating clear handoffs and robust change management plans.
- Schedule, coordinate, and lead training sessions as well as monthly communications meetings.
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination within the sales team.
- Optimize and oversee the use of sales enablement platforms and technology stack tools.
- Work collaboratively with the Enablement Team to develop and execute a company-wide knowledge sharing strategy.
- Stay abreast of changes and advancements with Gen AI, such as Agents and promote integration and adoption of these emerging technologies especially as it relates to Sales and Selling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or sales enablement roles.
- Demonstrated success leveraging AI to enhance the performance of sales organizations in previous positions.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to audiences at all organizational levels, including the C-Suite.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional initiatives to incorporate prompt engineering into diverse sales enablement platforms and tools.
- Commitment to staying current with advancements in AI and prompt engineering to continuously improve sales strategies.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and familiar with sales enablement software such as High spot.
- Skilled at working collaboratively across functions and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing vendor relationships.
- Highly proficient using SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams and Word.
People Management Experience.
- Familiarity with Adobe Captivate, CANVA, or similar authoring tools.
- Understanding of knowledge management tools and concepts.
Experience Using Jira.
- Application of Gen AI in a business setting.
- Experience supporting a global remote workforce.
- Confident and polished presenter.
