An opportunity in our Growth/Corporate Development team has opened for a seasoned Senior Growth Analyst to propel our growth strategies, particularly through greenfield expansion, mergers and acquisitions, new ventures, and enhancing our product line. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and finance, to leverage opportunities for growth, and design and execute strategies to optimize our performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute growth strategies and develop plans to capitalize on them through:
  • Greenfield Development: Identify and assess opportunities for new market entries and greenfield developments. Develop and execute plans to establish a presence in new geographic areas and increase market penetration in existing markets.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Identify, evaluate, and support the execution of potential M&A opportunities to drive growth. Perform due diligence and financial analysis to assess the viability and strategic fit of targets.
  • Product Add-Ons: Evaluate opportunities for new product introductions and enhancements. Collaborate with product development teams to drive product innovation and expansion.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of growth initiatives. Use data to create actionable plans for improvement and to optimize processes and strategies.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that drive growth strategies. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to find trends, understand the competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Provide recommendations based on market dynamics and company objectives.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to forecast growth scenarios, measure ROI, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams to align growth initiatives with company goals. Provide analytical support and recommendations.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management. Clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  •  Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and methodologies. 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
  • 5+ years in corporate development, strategy, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
  • Advanced financial and data modeling and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
  • Analytical Skills: Expert analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive growth plans. Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation skills, demonstrated through their ability to meticulously prepare engaging and well-structured presentations, and deliver them confidently and effectively to varying audiences.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

  • Knowledge of the home services industry is a plus but not required.
