Who We'Re Looking For:

The Solution Architect collaborates with customers and required team members to gather functional requirements and translate them into a workable software solution.

What You'Ll Do:

• Gather functional requirements with implementation and sales teams, prospects, and customers to understand client expectations and gaps
• Develop functional and system design specifications for modifications
• Assist development and support teams troubleshooting systems issues
• Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solution(s)
• Quickly understand business issues and data challenges of client’s organization and industry
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to share expertise, identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure alignment on objective
• Serve as subject matter expert for consulting team, providing knowledge and recommendations to support customer engagements, project delivery and solution assistance.
• Keep communication with customers on development progress and delivery
• Communicate specifications and change requests to development team and ensure specifications are met
• Assist with unit testing
• Manage change requests, determine impact, and negotiate changes
• Perform unit and integration testing as needed
• Prepare Change Orders for designed modifications

What You Bring:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• NetSuite ERP experience preferred
• Must have ability to translate functional requirements into software solutions
