As our Partner Manager, you will lead the partner relationships in EU, driving joint success and long-term growth. Alongside the Account Executive, you will co-design the regional strategy through alignment on strategic goals, driving pedagogical transformation and boosting word of mouth for FeedbackFruits.

You will establish productive and trusted relationships with innovative higher education institutions and ensure satisfaction, driving the full use of FeedbackFruits' solutions. You will be responsible for implementing programs that focus on increasing adoption, identifying upsell potential, minimizing churn and fostering education change-makers.

This role requires an individual who excels in building decision-maker-level relationships, driving growth through innovative problem-solving, and influencing both internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.

What You'Ll Do:

  • Renewal and Upsell Identification Strategy: (40% of your time)
  • Design and execute strategies for partner contract renewals, leveraging creative thinking and negotiation skills to secure ARR revenue and long-term commitment.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by deeply understanding our partners' needs, and working closely with Account Executives to bring the opportunity through to conversion.
  • Adoption Growth and Pedagogy Consultation: (25% of your time)
  • Drive increased adoption of our tools among partners by providing expert consultation on the latest pedagogy trends, innovations and digital transformation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to tailor solutions that align with their educational objectives and organizational goals.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: (20% of your time)
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and consultant.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration, alignment, and mutual benefit, driving partner success and enhancing overall satisfaction.
  • Referral Program Management and Internal Influence: (10% of your time)
  • Proactively develop and manage referrals, incentivising partners to advocate for our products/services within their networks.
  • Serve as an internal stakeholder influencer, leveraging relationships and networks to drive alignment and support for partner success initiatives across your region’s partners
  • Collaboration and Communications: (5% of your time)
  • Collaborate with product managers and customer support to address technical challenges, product enhancement feedback, requests
  • Share insights and successes with internal stakeholders, Product Marketing, New Business and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and user support to align strategies and priorities.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or thinking level in a relevant field (Education, Business, Technology, etc.).
  • Previous experience of at least 3-4 years in account management, customer success, or a similar role, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  • Excellent business English skills, both written and verbal. Other languages are a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and a partner-centric mindset.
  • Knowledge of educational technology trends, teaching methodologies, and the education sector.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client relationships.

  • Gross salary within the range of €54.000 - €58.000 per year (incl. holiday allowance) + 23% commission
