The Role

The Indirect Supply Chain Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our non-production procurement activities. You will be assisting in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring all goods and services that are not part of our final product but are essential for our daily operations—from R&D equipment and software to facilities maintenance and office supplies. • Supplier Management: Identify, vet, and onboard new suppliers that align with Harbinger's cost, quality, and sustainability standards. Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing vendors.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers to ensure optimal value for the company.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across various departments (Engineering, Operations, IT, Marketing, Facilities) to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Data & Systems Management: Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including supplier information, contracts, and POs within our P2P/ERP systems.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline indirect procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Invoice & Payment Resolution: Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to resolve any supplier invoicing or payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on key procurement metrics, such as spend analysis, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
