- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers to ensure optimal value for the company.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across various departments (Engineering, Operations, IT, Marketing, Facilities) to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Data & Systems Management: Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including supplier information, contracts, and POs within our P2P/ERP systems.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline indirect procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Invoice & Payment Resolution: Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to resolve any supplier invoicing or payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Reporting: Generate reports on key procurement metrics, such as spend analysis, cost savings, and supplier performance.
