About The Team:
Masters at blending art and science to drive sales, our Digital Commerce team combines creative thinking with analytics to deliver an industry-leading experience across our digital platforms. This team works closely with the Marketing and Merchandising teams to bring product stories to life in an impactful way—and partners hand-in-hand with our Digital Experience team to explore new areas of opportunity in our e-commerce ecosystem. These industry experts also stay on the lookout for the latest digital commerce trends.
About The Role:
Rothy’s is looking for an Associate Manager, CRM to to lead the day-to-day execution and long-term optimization of our Email and SMS marketing channels. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and data, strategy and execution, and will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our owned marketing channels to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
In this role, you’ll own campaign execution, audience segmentation, performance analysis, and lifecycle optimization. With a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, you’ll work closely with brand, creative, e-commerce and vendor partners to create compelling communications that strengthen customer relationships and drive retention.
What You’Ll Do:
- Own end-to-end campaign execution for Email and SMS marketing—including reading product performance and identifying campaign opportunities, segmentation, Email and SMS campaign builds, QA, deployment, and performance tracking
- Maintain and evolve the marketing calendar across retention channels in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Partner with brand, e-commerce, and creative teams to bring timely, on-brand messages to life across email and SMS
- Lead segmentation and customer targeting strategies to improve personalization and campaign performance
- Manage and execute lifecycle programs such as Welcome, Post-Purchase, and behavioral triggers
- Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing across retention campaigns to improve engagement and yield
- Analyze campaign and channel performance, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate with platform partners (e.g., Ometria, Attentive, Movable Ink) to enhance retention marketing capabilities
- Continuously improve internal processes and workflows for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Champion CRM marketing best practices and customer-first strategies within the broader organization
You Are:
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and a keen attention to detail
- Someone with a growth mindset who is eager to learn new technologies, tools, and skills as the retention marketing landscape evolves.
- Skilled at synthesizing data into actionable insights and clearly communicating your findings and recommendations
- An effective communicator with a collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally with brand, e-commerce, and creative teams
- Deeply curious, always testing, learning, and striving for continuous improvement
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
You Have:
- 3–5 years of experience in Email, SMS, or Retention Marketing, with hands-on ownership of campaign execution and optimization
- A plus if you have experience with our marketing technology platforms (e.g., Ometria, Attentive, Movable Ink)
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle campaign development
- Knowledge of email best practices, segmentation strategies, and performance metrics
- Prior experience in fashion, retail, or sustainability-focused brands
- Experience with HTML/CSS for email preferred

Pay Range:
$82,000 - $96,000 annually
Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
