The Work:

• You'll implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• You'll review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• You'll develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
• You'll hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
• You'll set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
• You'll prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

Here’S What You’Ll Need:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Construction Project Management
• Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials
• Outstanding negotiating skills
• Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Organized and detail-oriented

Bonus Points If You Have:

• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 10+ years' experience required.
