The Work:
- You'll implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
- You'll review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
- You'll develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
- You'll hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
- You'll set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
- You'll prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
Here’S What You’Ll Need:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Construction Project Management
- Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials
- Outstanding negotiating skills
- Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Organized and detail-oriented
Bonus Points If You Have:
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 10+ years' experience required.
