Job Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Specialist (div/f/m) who is characterized by a high degree of openness and empathy and who is passionate about further developing and contributing their expertise in the field of Paid Social advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for one of our key clients across all paid social activities, from strategy to execution.
  • Lead the paid social strategy for campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and client objectives.
  • Confidently represent the paid social craft in client meetings, internal discussions, and industry events.
  • Drive innovation by proposing and executing new initiatives, tests, and creative/targeting approaches.
  • Mentor and support team specialists, providing craft guidance and career development.
  • Oversee campaign setup with rigorous QA, ensuring accuracy on UTM tracking, PO alignment, targeting, budgets, and best practices.
  • Manage campaign performance: monitor KPIs, implement optimizations, and communicate corrective actions when results fall short.
  • Develop and run A/B tests, analyze outcomes, and apply learnings to boost performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to guide compelling and platform-appropriate ad content.
  • Manage budgets across campaigns to avoid over/underspend and ensure efficient allocation.
  • Produce high-quality reporting with actionable insights, clear conclusions, and direct links to campaign strategy.
  • Leverage analytics tools to track, measure, and present performance data with strong visualization and storytelling.
  • Serve as the day-to-day campaign expert for client and internal teams.
  • Contribute to team meetings with performance updates, workflow enhancements, and shared best practices for broader learnings.
  • Ensure strong communication and partnership with both creative and cross-functional teams.

What We Are Looking For

  • Are open-minded and eager to learn more and develop your skill set.
  • Bring extensive experience in planning, setting up, and reporting of diverse Paid Social campaigns.
  • Work thoroughly, manage campaigns accurately, and have an eye for detail.
  • Are able to write clear and concise briefs and are an excellent communicator with a high degree of organizational skills.
  • Always keep an oversight, even when various tasks are at hand.
  • Have a deep understanding of Social KPIs, campaign optimization, setup strategies, and can analyze results with the help of Excel, Pivot, and platform data.
  • Have strong collaborative skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Think proactively and have a healthy amount of creativity as well as the fun to bring in own ideas.
  • Have a passion for (Paid) Social and are always up to date with news and trends.
  • Are able to effectively allocate and manage campaign budgets to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proficiency in German language is a plus.
