Why Dept®?

We are pioneers at heart. What this means, is that we are always leaning forward, thinking of what we can create tomorrow that does not exist today. We were born digital and we are a new model of agency, with a deep skillset in tech and marketing. That’s why we hire curious, self-driven, talented people who never stop innovating.

Our culture is big enough to cope and small enough to care. Meaning, that with people across 20+ countries, we’re big enough to provide you with the best tools, global opportunities, and benefits that help you thrive. While acting small by investing in you, your growth, your team, and giving you the autonomy to solve our clients' problems, no matter where you are in the world.

This is a fully remote position but you must be located in the US to be considered.

About You

We’re looking for a hybrid thinker–builder who thrives at the intersection of mobile apps, the web, and measurement strategy. You’ll be the person who can both design a smart attribution framework and debug an SDK initialization, while partnering with clients to future-proof their measurement in a privacy-first world.

This role is equal parts technical architect, trusted advisor, and problem solver. You’ll translate client business objectives into practical measurement solutions, guide implementation across mobile and web, and contribute to governance standards that ensure accuracy, compliance, and long-term scalability.

What You’Ll Do

  • Act as the subject matter expert across mobile and web adtech, bridging business goals with measurement strategies.
  • Lead implementations of pixels, SDKs, and server-side integrations, ensuring accuracy and privacy compliance.
  • Advise on mobile attribution (ATT, SKAdNetwork, GAID) and web frameworks (CMPs, server-side tagging, Privacy Sandbox).
  • Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and client teams to connect technical execution with measurable outcomes.
  • Audit and troubleshoot client setups, surfacing clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Support evaluation of vendors and platforms across attribution, consent, identity, clean rooms, and fraud prevention.
  • Keep clients ahead of privacy and ecosystem shifts, embedding compliance into everything you build.
  • Document schemas, frameworks, and roadmaps in formats that work for both engineers and executives.
  • Own solution design documentation, guide stakeholders through implementation steps, and validate deployments through testing and QA.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience in AdTech/MarTech, spanning both mobile (SDKs, MMPs) and web (pixels, server-side tagging, analytics).
  • Hands-on expertise with tag managers (GTM, Tealium, Segment, Adobe Launch) and mobile SDK/pixel integrations.
  • Solid grasp of privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, ATT) and how to operationalize them.
  • Comfort collaborating with engineers on deeper integrations, and troubleshooting via JavaScript, logs, and event schemas.
  • Strong communication skills — you can make technical detail meaningful to business stakeholders.
  • A track record of leading cross-functional projects and driving adoption of new standards in evolving tech environments.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with clean rooms, consent management platforms, and identity resolution solutions.
  • Familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava) and server-side data pipelines (Firebase, Snowplow, mParticle).
  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven measurement or fraud detection tools.
  • Comfort with cloud data environments (Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS/GCP/Azure).

What Do We Offer?

We are a collaborative, open-door, best-idea-wins environment that fosters personal and company growth and has fun doing it. Here is a snapshot of our  benefits package:

  • Healthcare, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • 401k plan, plus matching
  • PTO
  • Paid Company Holidays
  • Parental Leave
