What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?
As a QuickStart Analyst/Consultant in Strategy, with a focus on infrastructure and real estate you will join a collaborative and high-performing team where you will contribute to a diverse range of client engagements.
Your Day-To-Day Will Include:
- Conducting in-depth analysis and advising on some of the world's largest and most complex infrastructure and real estate projects and transactions
- Evaluating policy frameworks, incentives, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities for clients to advance their goals and overcome current challenges
- Developing business cases, financial models, and implementation plans to optimize returns and outcomes throughout the lifecycle of infrastructure assets
- Synthesizing insights from complex datasets and presenting findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver tailored, client-focused solutions across a range of industries.

About The Team
At Deloitte’s Infrastructure Advisory team, we help clients bring ambitious infrastructure visions to life. From governments to private developers, we work across the entire lifecycle of capital-intensive projects - guiding decisions from strategy and financing through delivery, operations, and beyond.
What We Do:
- Shape strategy and business cases: We assess infrastructure needs, develop investment plans, and build the cases that secure funding and stakeholder buy-in.
- Unlock financing and funding: We structure deals, balance risk, and design funding strategies - including PPPs and project finance - that attract the right investment.
- Drive procurement and transactions: We design and run procurement processes, advise on bid strategies, and ensure contracts deliver value-for-money.
- Oversee delivery and governance: We set up governance frameworks, monitor performance, and manage risk to keep projects on track.
- Optimize operations and lifecycle value: We help clients run, maintain, and renew assets, ensuring long-term sustainability and performance.
- Embed innovation and sustainability: We bring in smart technologies, resilient design, and sustainability principles to meet today’s infrastructure challenges.
In short: we act as trusted advisors and partners—helping our clients turn complex infrastructure programs into financially sound, efficiently delivered, and sustainable assets that create lasting impact.

We Are Seeking Candidates Who:
- Are working towards a post-secondary degree or diploma by September 2026, with strong academic performance.
- Demonstrate strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, including financial modeling, valuation, reporting, market research, problem diagnosis, and solution development.
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and adept at working with large data sets.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, including research, data synthesis, report writing, and presentation preparation, with the ability to communicate financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Possess strong problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills, and can thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Quebec Location: We require basic English language skills to meet the needs of our clients. In the context of mandates, you could work for clients with activities outside of Quebec and where the first language is English.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $84,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
