Job Description
As a Lead Engineer / Technical Specialist in Control Electronics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of intelligent systems and sustainable technologies. Your contributions will directly influence the performance, safety, and efficiency of advanced electronic control systems across a wide range of applications
Job Responsibilities
- Design, selection, specification, and validation of critical components (e.g. MCUs, FPGA, DSP, Communication ICs, etc.)
- Analyses failures seen on the product and find root cause and implement improvements.
- Participate in idea generation on cost down possibilities.
- Support Testing Personals during the Product testing
- Familiarity with Product Life cycle change management process and documentation
- Provide technical clarification of designs with suppliers and manufacturing
- Work with a multi-disciplinary engineering development team that includes application engineering, controls engineering control hardware design, and test / validation.
- Work with supply chain teams and qualify components and assemblies during implementations and resolve issues as needed to maintain product and project quality, cost and deliverables
- Assist in solving critical customer cases.
Background & Skills
- B.E (EEE/ECE) and ME /M.Tech on Embedded Systems/any Electronics stream
- Experience of 10 to 15 years on Working knowledge on Control electronics devices (MCUs, FPGAs, DSP, Communication ICs etc..).
- Experience in memories like Flash, SRAM, SDRAM and DDR.
- Experience in Signal Integrity.
- Experience in various communication medial and protocols like wired, wireless, RS-485, RS-232, RS-422, Profibus/MODBUS/Ethernet IP/EtherCAT etc..
- Experience with analog electronics such as ADC, operational amplifiers, Comparators, multipliers, signal conditioning, filters etc.
- Experience in designing low voltage power supply LDO/Buck/Flyback etc
