Responsibilities:As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and contributing to year-end financial activities. Your responsibilities will include:Managing accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, and monthly financial statements.Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.Preparing and processing payroll.Assisting with year-end financials, budgets, and tax preparation.Handling administrative functions such as purchasing client orders and conducting inventory audits.
Required Qualifications:Minimum of 4+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience.Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online (or equivalent accounting software).
