What We Offer

  • $18/hr to $20/hr based upon skills and experience

About This Role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office visitors, employees, and interview candidates, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
  • Coordinate with customers, technicians, and installation teams to provide project updates, schedule measurements, and maintain ongoing communication
  • Manage office logistics, including ordering supplies, organizing mail, and ensuring common areas remain clean and functional. Create, scan, and maintain accurate customer files within company systems
  • Audit job contracts, permits, and HOA approvals to ensure compliance and completion before job scheduling
  • Prepare and distribute lien releases and contractor affidavits
  • Field customer service calls and emails, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution
  • Support new hire onboarding by collecting day-one documentation and preparing necessary resources
  • Participate in Accounts Receivables meetings to help manage timelines, monitor outstanding balances, and contribute to AR goals
  • Field customer service calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A 1-hour lunch break is mandatory, and must be taken each day, unless otherwise agreed upon with management

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in home improvement, health, insurance, banking and finance, or sales industry preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally across teams and with external partners
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
