The Role:

Due to evolving and increasingly complex regulatory requirements in various export markets, the workload within the Regulatory Affairs team has significantly increased. Timely and compliant submissions are critical to avoid delays in market entry and potential regulatory risks. The addition of a Working Student will provide essential support to manage this increased workload efficiently, ensuring regulatory deadlines are met and compliance standards are upheld.

What You Will Do:

• Assist in assembling registration documents for cosmetic products in compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate filing and archiving of regulatory documents
• Help monitor changes in export country regulations and flag updates to the team
• Contribute ideas for improving documentation workflows and tracking systems.
• Support the team by assisting in preparing summaries or reports

What You Will Need:

• Basic background in chemistry studied at university or similar (preferably in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good to excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, interest in AI applications (e.g. Copilot, ChatGpT, Power BI, …)
• Fluent in either English and German
