What you’ll be doing 

• Lead Design Solutions: Own and execute design projects that span multiple product areas, creating scalable and flexible design systems.
• Product Vision & Strategy: Refine and improve the long-term direction of our products, working independently or with partners to define strategic design goals.
• User Research & Data-Informed Design: Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions, ensuring our solutions effectively address user needs.
• Visual & Interaction Design Excellence: Deliver high-quality, visually polished, and highly usable designs, considering accessibility, responsiveness, and edge cases.
• Design Systems Contribution: Help evolve our design systems, improving consistency and efficiency across Observe.ai’s platform.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from concept to implementation.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance to junior designers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of design excellence.

What You’Ll Bring To The Role

• 7- 9+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work.
• Large Language Model powered products such as Chatbot and Voicebot
• Contact Center Industry domain knowledge
• Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Experience working with design systems and contributing to scalable UI frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex problems into simple and elegant solutions with a deep understanding of information architecture and workflow design.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills, capable of presenting design rationale and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience conducting user research and data analysis to drive product improvements.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to drive projects independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
