Role Overview:
Lead technical design and architecture decisions, providing mentorship to junior team members. Independently drive small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Collaborate proactively with Product Management to validate solution feasibility and estimate high-level effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively contribute hands-on to software development using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.
• Own the troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of complex production and development issues.
• Partner closely with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive product testing and validation.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing clear status updates and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) plus 5-9 years’ relevant software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency and extensive hands-on experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL.
• Extensive experience designing, building, and maintaining REST APIs at scale.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, including SQS, Lambda, Redis.
• Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, specifically with GitHub Actions.
• Experience triaging and helping resolve production issues
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms).
