Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to source quickly and creatively, while always keeping the candidate experience top of mind. This person will also be responsible for owning stakeholder relationships and strategically partnering with the business to drive hiring needs.
What You’Ll Be Doing:
- Execute full-cycle recruiting, identifying, sourcing, and engaging candidates through creative and innovative tactics
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent; consulting on job specifications, hiring plans and scorecards
- Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the full recruitment process
- Actively source passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn
- Implement and enforce consistency with recruiting policies and procedures
- Establish effective communication with stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates through meetings, email updates, and reports
What You’Ll Need
- 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
- Successful track record of directly sourcing passive candidates
- Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers in order to drive effective recruitment
- Recent college recruiting experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or a related field required
- Strong attention to detail, experience using and maintaining ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Aptitude for exceptional candidate generation and client management
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Strong knowledge of OFCCP, AAP and EEOC compliance, as well as multi-state employment law is desirable

Compensation:
The below range is a good faith estimate pursuant to applicable equal pay and pay transparency laws. The actual salary offered will be based on several factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications and work location.
Base salary is a part of SGH’s industry leading Total Compensation package. Our Total Compensation package includes base salary, pay for extra hours worked, an annual discretionary bonus program, generous paid time off, and health and wellness benefits with a special emphasis on substantial SGH contributions to medical insurance premiums and SGH’s Profit Sharing & 401(k) Plan.
