The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key role on our Talent Acquisition team working as an ambassador between SGH and our candidates and prospective employees. This person will thrive at getting things done in a fast-paced environment while keeping our candidates top of mind.
What You’Ll Be Doing:
- Partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist, administrative staff, and hiring managers to move candidates through the interview process smoothly
- Schedule candidate interviews (remote and in-person)
- Assist with travel, and logistics in a timely and accurate manner as needed
- Focus on the candidate experience and create memorable interactions that inspire the best to work at SGH
- Support our robust campus recruitment program and internship program
- Assist with the on-boarding process for new hires including initiation of background checks and review of results for completeness, first day orientation scheduling, etc.
- Contribute to process Improvements and candidate experience Initiatives
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to initiate and coordinate recruiting events that will promote the SGH brand
- Maintain recruitment status report/dashboard and update new hire spreadsheets
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team
What You’Ll Need:
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in corporate recruiting
- Personable and passionate about the candidate and new hire experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to easily connect with all types of people.
- Experience supporting a campus recruitment program a plus.
- Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field preferred
- Experience using and maintaining an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred)
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation:
The below range is a good faith estimate pursuant to applicable equal pay and pay transparency laws. The actual salary offered will be based on several factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications and work location.
Base salary is a part of SGH’s industry leading Total Compensation package. Our Total Compensation package includes base salary, pay for extra hours worked, an annual discretionary bonus program, generous paid time off, and health and wellness benefits with a special emphasis on substantial SGH contributions to medical insurance premiums and SGH’s Profit Sharing & 401(k) Plan.
