About The Role:
The Senior PSA will be an Observability domain expert and work with GSI Partners in India to develop new propositions, GTM strategies, and ensure successful customer outcomes, acting as a force multiplier for revenue growth.
This role is a key technical expert within the Alliances & Channels team, focusing on enabling EMEA partners to enhance observability maturity and drive engagement.
What You’Ll Do:
- Joint Solution Design & Architecture Guidance: Collaborate with partners to design tailored solutions leveraging New Relic's capabilities, contributing to repeatable joint solutions.
- Partner Enablement & Certification: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, including workshops, webinars, and certification programs.
- Technical Leadership & Partner Advocacy: Provide technical leadership, act as a primary technical contact, and advocate for partner needs internally.
- Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Partner Support: Serve as a technical trusted advisor, engaging in demonstrations, PoVs, and executive briefings.
- Relationship Management & Advocacy: Build strong relationships with partners and act as a conduit between partners and New Relic's internal teams.
- Content Creation & Thought Leadership: Create enablement materials and contribute to thought leadership through presentations and publications.
What You Bring:
- Transformation Project Acumen & GSI Engagement: Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation projects, understanding GSI methodologies, and developing joint solutions with New Relic.
- Demonstrated experience working with or supporting channel partners (System Integrators, MSPs) and/or strategic alliances (Cloud Providers, Technology Partners).
- 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing or partner-facing technical role, such as Sales Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant, preferably within the software industry.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with observability platforms (e.g., New Relic, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk), including APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, Logs, Tracing, and Digital Experience Monitoring.
- Strong background in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), microservices architectures, DevOps/CI/CD practices and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, Go, Ruby).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (EE, CE), Management Information Systems (MIS), Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Preferred Certifications: Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or TOGAF are a bonus
- Experience with SAP and ServiceNow is a plus
