You Are:

The Technology Center Reinvention Lead will guide our 1,500+ technologists in adopting new AI technologies and processes. This will enable our team to bring our clients the ability to improve their efficiency and modernize their technical and system operations. This role leads the designing and delivery of training solutions to guide our people through this next technology revolution.

The core responsibility is to manage and accelerate the complex, ongoing process and growth of reinvention and workforce transformation to meet evolving demands. Additionally, the lead will be part of the Reinvention Services & Advanced Technology Center organization specializing in growing our capabilities, one person at a time.

This role demands a visionary leader capable of driving transformation and fostering innovation within teams. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for leading technology professionals as they transform their own skillset and our clients.

The Technology Center Reinvention Lead will report directly to the Technology Center Managing Director and Talent Lead, while partnering with AFS Leadership to develop and enable/execute overarching strategy, growth, and technical expertise to help identify and coordinate offerings and differentiators, to shape and respond to new client opportunities and challenges.

Key Responsibilities And Focus Areas:

  • Workforce Transformation: Empower employees and optimize teams to build capacity for change, fostering an outcome-focused and networked approach to transformation
  • Technology Modernization: Drive the adoption and transformation of Advanced AI solutions
  • Collaboration with Senior Leads: Closely align the Technology Center’s Reinvention with our client’s needs and challenges
  • AI and Automation: Integrate generative AI (GenAI) and other AI tools to automate processes, enhance decision-making, and improve citizen services.
  • Agile and Data-Driven Approaches: Implement agile best practices in training and focus on data to enable faster, more effective transformations and continuous innovation
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute strategies to achieve unprecedented levels of agility, efficiency, and effectiveness, aligning with commercial sector innovation
  • Delivery: Lead and support technical solutioning for high-value opportunities, developing innovative approaches that address challenges

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience leading/managing a program and/or project
  • Experience with large scale workforce transformation
  • Experience with delivery and/or leading technology solutions
  • Data and AI experience, acting as liaison between technology teams and organizations
  • Knowledge of data engineering, machine learning operations, and AI platforms
  • Understanding and knowledge of GEN AI, large language models, Machine learning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Advanced AI technologies and methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI solutions into projects to enhance performance and efficiency
  • Military experience
  • Experience with the design and building of tuned LLM capabilities as well as engineering leveraged capabilities derived from LLMs.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
