What You Will Do:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Tooling Project Coordinator to take on an expanded role within our Tooling & Analytics team. This position will be pivotal in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of research tools, supporting vendor relationships, and driving operational excellence through data-driven insights and process optimization. You will play a key role in ensuring our global research teams have the tools and support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead tool administration efforts across the Tooling & Analytics team within the Global Research Operations Team.
  • Provide vendor contracting support, including coordination with procurement and legal teams.
  • Monitor and report monthly on tool utilization, leveraging data analytics to identify usage trends and optimize tool allocation.
  • Manage provisioning for all UXR-supported tools, including intake form oversight and permission management.
  • Proactively identify and implement process automation opportunities to streamline tool-related workflows.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting and bug resolution across all UXR-supported tools.
  • Collaborate in strategic planning to ensure tool management aligns with broader organizational goals.
  • Support the onboarding of new tools, including coordinating logistics and stakeholder communications.
  • Assist in the implementation of global standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across tool operations.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tooling coordination, research operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with vendor management and contracting processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools to track and report on usage metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Familiarity with process automation and workflow optimization tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting global teams and implementing scalable best practices.
