Product Development Coordinator - (Shenzhen)

Purpose Of Position

• The Product Development Assistant will support the Product Development Manager in all aspects of the product development process, ensuring products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Job Description

• Assist in managing the end-to-end product development process from the concept phase to the post-launch analysis phase.
• Support the Product Development Manager in overseeing product lines and report inline issues on time.
• Review performance of product launches based on pre-defined success metrics, follow up on improvements and share learnings for future product development.
• Support the product development/mass production process by liaising with manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure product timeline and product quality.
• Support Product Development Managers to research, identify, and evaluate suppliers, Communicate requirements such as specifications, costs, MOQ, lead time, order and evaluate samples.. 
• Frequent travels to visit suppliers to share CASETiFY product development requests, build long-term partnership with suppliers. 
• Support Product Development Managers to do market research and explore new product ideas.
• Other Ad-hocs required from Product Development Managers

Requirement

• Degree Holder in Engineering, Industrial Design or relevant disciplines.
• 2+ years experience in the field of Product Development, Souring or Procurement, preferably in 3C, lifestyle accessories related industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; able to clearly and effectively convey complex information
• Self-motivated, agile, and adaptable working in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to factory based due to business needs
