We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Analytics Manager to develop high-impact campaign strategies that elevate FanDuel’s exciting new products.
The ideal candidate is fluent across all major social platforms and performance KPIs, with a proven track record of building successful channels at the intersection of entertainment, technology and gaming. They have a track record of creating data-driven social playbooks from scratch grounded in measurable impact.
This data-driven leader will oversee a team of content producers and agency partners, providing the social-insight expertise necessary to turn cultural moments into meaningful social momentum. Their approach should be results oriented and fandom-led; sparking curiosity, fueling conversation, and ensuring FanDuel remains one of the most culturally relevant brands in entertainment.
As the connective tissue between potential consumers and FanDuel’s product, brand, and marketing teams, this leader will deepen community engagement and brand resonance. They will bring a nuanced understanding of sports, gaming, and entertainment audiences, with meaningful experience building long-plan content calendars that allow flexibility for emerging trends.
Additionally, the Social Media Analytics Manager will have hands-on expertise in programming for and navigating algorithm shifts across top platforms including X, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

- Leverage audience insights to deeply understand consumer segments across platforms, transforming fandom behaviors into actionable strategy.
- Define and execute the editorial strategy for new product channels, driving maximum reach, engagement and relevance. Deliver timely, high-volume content in real time, balancing speed, cultural resonance, and brand impact in a crowded landscape.
- Design a scalable live coverage framework with consideration to staffing needs, escalation protocols, brand guardrails, and creative templates.
- Translate platform best practices, algorithm shifts, and competitive insights into actionable strategies, delivering clear reporting and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Oversee and collaborate with creative agency partners, ensuring assets enhance in-house campaigns while remaining aligned with FanDuel’s voice and vision.
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to track KPIs and organic benchmarks, converting social learnings into creative opportunities that fuel brand growth.
- Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting shifting deadlines with varying levels of ambiguity.
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 6+ years of experience in social media with direct experience leading social channel growth, preferably leading new-to-market channel launches
- At least 2 years in a leadership role, managing multiple direct reports and overseeing vendors
- Portfolio of social-first content or extensions, especially those across sports entertainment content, that drove measurable brand growth
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
- Hands-on expertise in publishing and navigating native dashboards across top platforms including X, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Reddit and Discord experience a plus.
- Meaningful experience setting up and calibrating social media performance tools, with hands-on data insights experience on tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, etc

The applicable salary range for this position is $102,000 - $122,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
