FanDuel is looking for a Senior Manager, Inclusion to lead and scale our inclusion strategy across the organization. You will play a key role on the Inclusion, Learning & Engagement team, with direct responsibility for managing the Inclusion Senior Associate and the Inclusion, Learning and Engagement Coordinator. This role will report to the Vice President of Inclusion, Learning & Engagement and will collaborate closely with partners across HR and the Centers of Excellence (COEs), including Talent Management, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and more.
You will be responsible for creating and championing initiatives that foster an inclusive culture to drive both business outcomes and enhance employee engagement. As a thought leader and advisor, you will provide strategic counsel to stakeholders across the business and lead FanDuel’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to strengthen communities, amplify their impact, and expand existing programs and initiatives.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
THE GAME PLAN

- Develop and implement comprehensive inclusion strategies and initiatives that are aligned with FanDuel’s objectives.
- Provide expertise to help leaders and teams build inclusive cultures that leverage the diversity of their teams to drive business results.
- Partner with and provide thought leadership to various HR COEs to infuse inclusion strategies into ongoing or new processes (e.g., Talent Management programs, Learning & Development content, Talent Acquisition pipelines, HR Business Partner processes).
- Provide strategic counsel to ensure active participation and sponsorship for initiatives.
- Lead and influence ERGs to provide both targeted programming for the members of those groups, and content that raises awareness for the organization.
- Utilize data and reporting to provide metrics that drive action plans for initiatives and help measure their effectiveness.
- Oversee creation of regular reporting for key internal and/or external stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and maintain a strong external network, to bring innovative ideas and solutions that enhance FanDuel’s inclusion program.
- Strengthen partnerships with external organizations and vendors to further FanDuel’s inclusion goals.
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) are strongly preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in HR, DEI, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic inclusion initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and translating metrics into actionable insights.
- Interest in leveraging AI across the practice, a plus.
- Ability to stay current on industry trends and apply innovative practices to enhance inclusion efforts.

The applicable salary range for this position is $127,000 - $159,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
