Senior Software Development Analyst – Azure Data & AI Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications and data solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects from conception through deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging the latest Generative AI (Gen AI) and advanced data engineering tools to deliver rapid, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and data solutions.
• Lead and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Build and manage data pipelines, integrations, and transformations using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, and related technologies.
• Lead testing efforts, troubleshoot, analyze issues, and resolve software defects to ensure robust and reliable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver technology solutions that meet business needs.
• Create technical documentation, training materials, and support resources for end-users.
• Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and assess their potential for accelerating project delivery and enhancing solutions.
• Ensure all development activities adhere to firm policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years in a software development or analyst role with experience delivering enterprise applications and data solutions.
• Hands-on expertise (3+ years) with:
• Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics, Spark, Databricks, ADLS, Azure Functions
• Designing and managing end-to-end data pipelines for full and incremental data loads
• Data API Gateways for extracting data from third-party applications
• Reusable ETL frameworks using Synapse pipelines
• Azure DevOps, YML scripting, Logic Apps, Runbooks, and Azure Key Vault
• Strong proficiency in SQL with data modeling experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with O365 SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Services and experience applying AI-driven capabilities to data solutions.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET or C# is a strong plus.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at time of posting is below. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Actual base salary within the specified range is based on several factors, including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and, if applicable, the location of the position.

This role is eligible for either a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance) and/or commission-based incentives.

Salary Range$120,000—$152,000 USD
