Learning & Development Manager

About the RoleWe’re seeking a Learning & Development Manager to strengthen our training ecosystem by overseeing live bootcamps, workshops, and learning interventions that complement our LMS-based programs. This role bridges structured e-learning with interactive, instructor-led development — ensuring that all Wing assistants and internal team members receive engaging, practical, and scalable learning experiences that drive measurable performance improvement.Qualifications- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Enablement.- Strong background in facilitating or managing live training programs, workshops, or virtual bootcamps.- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.- Experience designing interactive learning experiences and ensuring measurable outcomes.- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), curriculum design, and training analytics.- Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills- Certification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Training Facilitation.- Experience with digital learning platforms and training operations automation tools.- Understanding of adult learning principles and competency-based training models.
