Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager

About the RoleWe’re hiring an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager to build and manage a network of micro and niche creators that amplify Wing’s recruitment campaigns and attract high-quality applicants. This role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and briefing creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to produce authentic, high-performing content that extends reach, improves brand credibility, and drives qualified leads into the talent pipeline.Qualifications - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or talent partnerships, preferably within recruitment or brand marketing. - Strong understanding of short-form video content ecosystems (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts). - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Experience drafting partnership briefs, contracts, and content review feedback. - Highly organized and able to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously. - Data-driven mindset; comfortable analyzing engagement metrics and campaign ROI.

Preferred Skills - Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or HR tech. - Familiarity with influencer discovery tools and analytics platforms (Collabstr, Modash, Grin, etc.). - Knowledge of performance-based influencer compensation models. - Creative eye for storytelling, audience targeting, and campaign alignment.
