High Quality Supervisor (Delegation Specialist VA)

About the RoleWe’re hiring a High Quality Supervisor (Delegation Specialist VA) to ensure top-tier performance, consistency, and delegation excellence across assigned assistants and client accounts. This role serves as the bridge between Operations and Enablement, combining quality supervision with advanced delegation strategies — ensuring that assistants are effectively utilized, clients experience seamless task ownership, and delegation maturity increases across the portfolio.Qualifications- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, supervision, or virtual assistant management.- Strong grasp of delegation, task management, and client-VA collaboration frameworks.- Proven leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring remote teams.- Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management abilities.- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in interpreting quality and utilization dashboards.- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple accounts and assistants simultaneously.

Preferred Skills- Experience in BPO, remote staffing, or managed service environments.- Familiarity with QA tools, project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Notion), and performance tracking systems.- Knowledge of delegation frameworks or enablement methodologies.
