Employer Branding & Candidate Marketing Specialist

About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and data-driven Employer Branding & Candidate Marketing Specialist to grow Wing’s top-of-funnel talent pipeline by elevating our employer brand and driving consistent candidate engagement. This role focuses on brand storytelling, recruitment content, and partnerships with schools, job boards, and referral networks — ensuring that Wing remains visible and attractive to high-quality talent across markets.Qualifications- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or recruitment communications.- Strong understanding of social media marketing, campaign management, and brand positioning.- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills; ability to craft compelling narratives for candidate audiences.- Experience working with creative tools and analytics platforms (Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or equivalent).- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments (TA, HR, Ops).- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Skills- Experience in BPO, startup, or fast-scaling recruitment environments.- Background in content creation, digital marketing, or community partnerships.- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter).
