Qualifications- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in coaching, training, or customer success roles — ideally within BPO, SaaS, or remote workforce environments.- Demonstrated experience in program management, team leadership, or curriculum design.- Strong understanding of delegation, productivity systems, and client–assistant dynamics.- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.- Analytical and organized, capable of tracking and improving coaching outcomes based on data.- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Operations, and Training departments.
Preferred Skills- Experience creating enablement or learning programs for customer-facing teams.- Knowledge of asynchronous delegation models, task tracking systems, or productivity tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Notion).- Coaching certification or background in executive assistance or operations enablement.
CompensationDepartment: Customer Success EnablementWork Setup: Remote / HybridCompensation: PHP 55,000–75,000/month (based on experience and performance)
