Campus Ambassador Coordinator

About the RoleWe’re looking for a Campus Ambassador Coordinator to lead Wing’s engagement efforts across Philippine universities, recruiting, managing, and motivating campus representatives to promote Wing’s career opportunities and brand presence. This role oversees university partnerships, event activations, and referral campaigns, serving as the link between student communities and Wing’s Talent Acquisition team to grow the early-career applicant pipeline.Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience in campus recruitment, partnerships, events management, or talent marketing.- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with academic institutions and student leaders.- Proven experience planning and executing events or activation programs.- Excellent organizational and project management skills.- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for campus events.- Comfortable with data tracking, reporting, and managing ambassador incentive programs.

Preferred Skills- Background in employer branding or student engagement.- Familiarity with university ecosystems and academic calendars across PH institutions.- Experience managing student ambassador programs or large volunteer groups.- Creative mindset for engagement campaigns and referral growth initiatives.
