About the RoleWe’re seeking a Background Checks Specialist to ensure fast, accurate, and compliant pre-employment verification for all candidates entering Wing’s workforce. This role is key to minimizing hiring risks by validating candidate credentials, employment history, and identity documentation — ensuring that every assistant deployed meets our security, reliability, and compliance standards.Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience in background verification, compliance operations, or HR administration.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documentation and validating records.- Familiarity with employment verification procedures, risk checks, and privacy regulations.- Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to handle multiple verifications simultaneously.- High integrity, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information securely.
Preferred Skills- Experience with background screening tools or vendor platforms.- Knowledge of local and international verification standards (e.g., NBI, SSN, education, credit).- Understanding of data protection and information security protocols.
