Join Us As A Senior Internal Communications Manager (M/F/D) In Our Internal Communications Team And Help Shape The Future Of Autonomous Mobility!
We are looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager to drive strategic communication initiatives that inform, inspire, and align our teams. This role will work closely with executive leadership to ensure our people are connected to the company’s vision, values, and priorities.
You’ll own the internal communications strategy, oversee execution across multiple channels, and play a key role in shaping how leaders communicate with employees.
What You Will Do
- Lead internal communications strategy, with a strong focus on change management initiatives.
- Own and develop communication planning and messaging for organizational changes, business transformation, and company-wide priorities.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape narratives that inspire trust and alignment during periods of change.
- Coach leaders and managers on effective communication approaches in times of transformation.
- Oversee the development of toolkits, FAQs, and messaging frameworks to support consistent communication.
- Measure the effectiveness of change-related communication campaigns and refine strategies based on insights.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure high-quality execution.
What Will Help You To Fulfill Your Role
- Extensive experience in internal communications, with significant exposure to change management communication.
- Strong track record of partnering with executives to communicate through complex or sensitive organizational changes.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with ability to simplify complexity.
- Experience designing communication strategies that drive employee understanding, adoption, and engagement.
- Comfort in advising senior leaders and influencing decisions.
- Strong analytical mindset; able to use feedback and data to adjust strategies.
