About Invisible
Invisible Technologies is the AI operating system for the enterprise. Our end-to-end AI Software Platform structures messy data, builds digital workflows, deploys agentic solutions, evaluates/measures impact, and mobilizes relevant human experts. Invisible has trained foundation models for more than 80% of the world’s leading AI model providers, including Cohere, Microsoft, and AWS, and we have the expertise to customize AI for any industry, function, or use case.
Invisible makes AI work in the real world. In 2024, we reached $134M in revenue and were named the #2 fastest growing AI company on the Inc. 5000.
About The Role
We’re hiring a Staff Product Designer to help shape the future of our AI-powered platform. You’ll work closely with our VP of Product Design and cross-functional teams to elevate the quality, consistency, and intelligence of our user experiences across both internal tools and customer-facing products.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and leverages modern AI tools such as Cursor, Replit, and Claude Code not just to move faster but to think more creatively. You’ll own end-to-end design for key product areas, contribute to the evolution of our design system, and influence strategy through design-led thinking.
We’re looking for someone who sees AI as a partner in the design process, a co-creator rather than a tool, and is excited to experiment, build, and push boundaries. You’ll prototype, test, and iterate quickly, bringing clarity to complex problems and working across disciplines to deliver elegant, scalable solutions.
What You’Ll Do
- Lead AI-accelerated product design across core areas of the platform, from concept to prototype to launch
- Create functional prototypes using tools such as Replit, Cursor, and Claude Code
- Contribute to and evolve our design system with a focus on AI-assisted usability, accessibility, and performance
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to integrate design into the product development process, shrinking the gap between idea and execution
- Think in systems, not screens, and design for scalability, reusability, and elegant user flows across complex user journeys
- Facilitate fast, iterative learning loops by testing real prototypes with real users
- Conduct user and market research using AI tools to generate insights and translate them into design decisions
- Mentor teammates in AI-forward design practices and raise the overall bar for craft, velocity, and impact
- Work closely with the VP of Product Design to align design efforts with business goals, user needs, and emerging technology
What We Need
- 7+ years of experience in product design, ideally in fast-paced, high-complexity environments such as enterprise, platforms, or AI-driven products
- A portfolio that reflects systems thinking, user-centered design, and technical fluency, with bonus points for working code in prototypes
- Experience working across multiple platforms including web, mobile, and internal tools
- Deep understanding of UX best practices, usability heuristics, and modern accessibility standards
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and usability best practices
- Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Replit, Cursor, and Claude Code in the design process
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners and break down silos in service of the user
- A growth mindset, high craft bar, and deep curiosity about what’s next in AI and design
