About The Role:
We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Contractor to join our team on a contract basis and help us scale key teams across G&A functions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, driving full-cycle recruitment in a high-growth fintech environment.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, skilled in managing a full requisition load while building strong partnerships across the business. You thrive in ambiguity, have deep sourcing expertise, and understand how to attract world-class talent in a competitive fintech landscape.
The role is based in our San Francisco office in a hybrid capacity.
What You’Ll Do:
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process — from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
- Partner with business leaders to develop role profiles, and align on recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across key functions, including Marketing, Investor Relations, Compliance, Legal
- Use data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and improve recruiting outcomes.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our values and brand.
- Manage ATS workflows and maintain data integrity throughout the process.
- Provide timely updates and transparent communication with hiring stakeholders.
What We Look For:
- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in fintech, financial services, or tech
- Proven success hiring for across different business functions
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to engage passive talent.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at all levels.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
- Experience delivering and closing complex offers.
- Strong attention to detail and an innovative mindset.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Proven success hiring top talent across fintech capital markets, institutional sales, and client coverage teams.
- Strong understanding of ISO stock options.
- Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance recruiting strategies and outcomes.
Contract Details:
- Duration: Up to 12 months
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Compensation: $40-$50/hour
- Start Date: ASAP
