The Role:

We are looking for a research translator and problem-solver who can design choice-based studies, facilitate client workshops, and present strategic insights to C-suite executives. You'll thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving consulting engagements where perfect data may not exist, but smart recommendations still need to be made.

Essential Functions

  • Lead quantitative research including conjoint analysis, concept testing, product optimization, and segmentation studies that directly influence client strategy
  • Translate complex methodologies into compelling business stories for non-researcher audiences
  • Synthesize complex findings into compelling stories, making it easy for clients to act on data-driven recommendations
  • Make strategic decisions with limited information by creatively scoping studies when timelines are tight and budgets are fixed
  • Actively participate in innovation workshops using design thinking principles to uncover unmet customer needs
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery from initial client scoping through final presentation, often juggling multiple concurrent engagements
  • Help build the practice by establishing best-in-class tools, templates, and methodologies that scale across the team
  • Build and maintain key relationships with internal partners, vendor networks, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and repeat business

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Thrive in fast-paced consulting environments with dynamic priorities and tight deadlines
  • Have successfully sold research approaches to skeptical stakeholders and translated insights for executive audiences
  • Have strong quantitative background, with experience in conjoint, MaxDiff, concept testing, and product optimization
  • Embrace ambiguity and can scope meaningful studies with limited information
  • Think human-first and are genuinely curious about consumer behavior

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
