Are you a motivated student eager to gain hands-on experience in strategic planning and business development? The Affinity Team is looking for enthusiastic interns for the Summer 2026 term. Affinity involves creating and managing partnerships with organizations and groups to offer tailored financial products and services, enhancing customer loyalty, and driving business growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on analyzing trends, competitive intelligence, and annual planning to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Affinity Distribution

Please note that your application will be considered for multiple positions within this job posting. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyze competitive trends, market gaps with an emphasis on product and digital capabilities. 
  • Conduct research using industry reports, competitor product evaluations, and digital process analysis to identify opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to gather insights, verify findings, develop product design documents and launch plans. 
  • Support annual planning, sales enablement strategies, and auditing processes. 
  • Provide regular updates on findings throughout the internship/co-op. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field, interest in the financial industry and related studies. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
