You will be part of the HVDC Engineering TK team, contributing to the development and compliance of cutting-edge technologies in high-voltage direct current systems. This role is central to ensuring our products meet global regulatory standards and sustainability goals.

How You’Ll Make An Impact
- Coordinate work related to substance and material restrictions across various countries and regions.
- Lead efforts to understand material compositions within the TK product scope, in collaboration with the HVDC sustainability organization.
- Conduct risk assessments for products in relation to current and upcoming material restrictions, regulations, and laws.
- Maintain and organize data and documentation related to product regulatory compliance.
- Act as a role model within the TK organization for implementing necessary actions to meet product regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team and coordinate with the broader material compliance team within HVDC.
Your Background
- Degree in material science, chemistry, or product regulatory compliance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product compliance within a product-oriented organization.
- Knowledge of REACH, ROHS, and other substance control regulations.
- Experience in implementing product compliance regulations (e.g., REACH, ROHS, PFAS restrictions) into processes.
- Skilled in developing processes and documentation structures for product compliance, including specialized IT tools.
- Detail-oriented, structured, supportive, responsible, and communicative.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
