About The Role

The Next Gen CRM Deployment Lead is tasked with overseeing the successful implementation and delivery of Haleon’s Next Gen CRM solution. This role ensures alignment with business goals, manages project timelines and resources, and coordinates cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include guiding Market Super Users, project managers and business analysts, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing project deployment scope and risks to ensure delivery meets business needs and adheres to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:

  • Collaborate with the Global CRM and Image Recognition Business Lead, Business & Tech Product Owners to lead the deployment planning and execution in Market of the Haleon Next Gen CRM System.
  • Work closely with Super Users, project managers to meet source right subject matter experts for CRM design workshops, manage timelines and deliverables, addressing obstacles efficiently.
  • Navigate competing needs across different user groups / markets, using your creativity and curiosity to find solutions and manage expectations. 

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Market Superusers, project managers, business analysts, and tech teams, to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop communication and engagement strategies for the Next Gen CRM deployment and adoption program.

Resource And Timeline Management:

  • Manage project timelines and resources providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support change management and assist with the user adoption in Markets.

Risk Management:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to the deployment process, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Propose action plans to deliver the deployment plans objectives and solve problems proactively.

Process Optimization:

  • Drive continuous improvement in business processes to optimize CRM capabilities and enhance user adoption.
  • Manage training initiatives to ensure a smooth go-live process and implement strategic improvements for enhanced productivity.

Skills / Experience

The following skills would be advantageous for someone to be successful in this role:

  • CRM Deployment Expertise: Proven experience leading CRM implementation projects ei. Aforza, Veeva, Salesforce etc…
  • Project Management: Strong skills in managing dependencies, priorities, and deadlines in a complex project environment.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to guide teams and engage stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with various departments to ensure adoption of the Next Gen CRM.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of system integrations, data management, and best practices for CRM deployments.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of sales and customer journey processes to ensure the CRM solution meets business objectives.
  • CRM Deployment Expertise: Proven experience leading CRM implementation projects ei. Aforza, Veeva, Salesforce etc…
  • Project Management: Strong skills in managing dependencies, priorities, and deadlines in a complex project environment.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to guide teams and engage stakeholders.

The below experience would also be beneficial:

  • Experience working on Commercial Excellence and Sales, Deploying Commercial Systems such as CRM solutions, complex multi-market Commercial system deployment projects/initiatives involving multiple change elements across people, systems, process and technology.
  • This role requires a strong commercial and business understanding, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Excellent program and project management experience
  • Proven relationship management, strong influencing, and communication skills with all levels of the organization including senior stakeholders.
