Program Duration: Initially 12 months, extendable for an additional term based on performance.
Objective
As part of Pernod Ricard Türkiye’s Shake Your Future Management Trainee Program, the Credit & Commercial Finance Controlling MT will take part in key financial and commercial processes that support the company’s growth. This role offers hands-on experience in credit control, sales finance, and commercial performance analysis, while working closely with both Finance and Sales teams to ensure efficient and insightful financial operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Support credit control operations including customer performance tracking, DSO analysis, and collection follow-up.
- Assist in preparing financial and profitability reports for distributors and customers.
- Contribute to commercial finance analyses, providing insights on sales trends, volumes, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with FP&A and Sales teams to ensure accurate and timely financial planning and forecasting.
- Participate in the month-end closing process by preparing and reconciling relevant financial data.
- Support systemic and process improvement projects within finance and controlling functions.
- Take an active role in cross-functional collaboration, enhancing communication between sales and finance departments.
- Operate daily Credit Control process
- Create and maintain customer adress book
- Assist in collection processes, ensuring the accuracy and timely validation of data shared with distributors.
- Act as the primary contact for distributor relations, handling phone and email inquiries, verifying payments, and confirming collateral.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- New graduate or maximum 1 year of experience in Finance, Controlling, or a similar analytical field (preferably FMCG sector)
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Power BI, ERP, or CRM systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn within a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English
