Global Director Operational Talent solutions specialization

As Global Director Operational Talent solutions specialization you will be part of the business operations team. As a recognised expert, with in-depth knowledge and experience within the Operational talent segment, you will co-create and deliver our specialization strategy. Making impact on our markets by driving growth, operational excellence, client and talent attraction, engagement and retention. With a strong focus on accelerating our business and defining the growth strategy for our defined global growth segments Logistics and Skilled trades. In this role your key stakeholders are the (sub)specialization leaders and MD’s across top OpCo’s in Europe as well as the members of the ELT and EB . This role reports to the Global head of business operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- has a holistic view on the OTS market and its future state.
- anticipates and defines client and talent needs within the segments of Operational talent solutions and in particular Logistics, Skilled trades and outsourcing.
- determining and optimizing the strategic direction of the sub specialization which include the value proposition, go to market approach, talent strategy and delivery models required to win within this segment towards clients and talents. Based on an integrated approach, leveraging all our services and capabilities
- co-create and support concrete plans to drive growth through specialization in our key markets
- support and drive growth acceleration projects and operational excellence within the markets by applying the right delivery models and driven by our key metrics
- work closely with our internal teams to translate the needs into a “global” strategy, way of working and specifications for our client and talent platforms and digital solutions.
- leads cross-functional initiatives, anticipating challenges and collaborating with leaders to implement strategic solutions that drive long-term growth and efficiency. Potentially partnering /creating alliances with external suppliers, delivering best in class solutions.
- network effectively within the scope of your portfolio and develop strong business relations liaise with our internal teams and work cross-functionally regarding any client and talent needs

- solid knowledge and experience within the Operational Talent segment and the solutions needed in the market
- experience in business development, engagement and influencing on C-level
