Marsh McLennan is seeking a Student Worker to join the Actuarial / Retirement Consulting team in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a 12-month student worker position with a requirement to work two-days per week (we are flexible on the days / hours).

In this role you will support in the actuarial valuations of pension liabilities as well as for Asset Liability Management (ALM) for some of the largest companies in Sweden.

The role: Student Worker / Intern

We will count on you to:

• Review and analyze actuarial valuation models.
• Analyze financial markets to produce financial assumptions.
• Validate accounting results to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Produce and evaluate investment strategies against liabilities. 

What You Need To Have:

• Be undergoing a Mathematical / Engineering / Applied Science based Masters / Undergraduate degree with 1-2 years left before graduation.
• Be fluent in English (written & oral).
• Have the desire to grow professional and technical skills.
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in or near Stockholm, with a flexible approach to work arrangements. 

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Be fluent in Swedish (written & oral).
• Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
