Digital Strategy & Implementation Traineeship [GRIT@Gov]

[What the role is]

• Design and maintain a database of all digital initiatives of key partners and initiatives that have been supported with NCSS grants.

[What you will be working on]

• Assist in liaising with vendors and stakeholders, review of requirements, and submissions of proposals to support pre-approval of digital solutions• Provide general administrative support to the digitalisation team

[What we are looking for]

Functional/Technical Competencies Required:• Knowledge in Information Technology, Computer Science or related areas preferred• Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and adapt at analysing data• Basic understanding of Design Thinking, and Systems ThinkingGeneral Competencies:• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy• Good organizational and time management skills• Good communication and stakeholder management skills• Strong interest in technology, digitalization, and AI tools.• Able to work independently within a team
