Our team of 100+ professionals is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to help us deliver impactful, scalable solutions across the business.

What You’Ll Do

As our Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing and implementing tailored solutions that support our strategic goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical outcomes, and lead the development of Salesforce projects from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Acting as the technical lead for Salesforce solutions, advising stakeholders on best practices.
• Designing scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Leading configuration, customisation and integration efforts.
• Collaborating with Solution Architects and Product Owners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Supporting BAU enhancements and resolving complex issues.
• Maintaining deployment pipelines and ensuring code quality.
• Mentoring junior developers and contributing to team knowledge sharing.

What You’Ll Bring

We’Re Looking For Someone With:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong skills in Flows, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
• A service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Copado and Azure DevOps.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).
